Tom was raised by his great aunt Elsie who loved to bake. Homemade desserts every night were part of his childhood. The Christmas cookie exchange with the Lutheran Church women was epic. Gingerbread men were one of Tom’s favorites. In 2022 we lovingly created a gingerbread man and woman. The mahogany body looks amazingly like a gingerbread cookie. The gingerbread man sports a bow tie. The gingerbread woman wears a bow in her hair.
