The black ebony contrasts with the white of the mother of pearl.  The Pau Brasil is a rich red color allowing the luster or the mother of pearl to shine.  The Hawaiian koa prized for its rich golden color blends softly with the mother of pearl.  This simple lightweight earring is an everyday favorite.
