Product description

This wooden Christmas ornament is a symbol of hope for our world.  Each ornament is engraved with the saying “Peace on earth goodwill to all” on one side.  The other side has “All we are saying, is give peace a chance” by singer, song writer and peace activist John Lennon.

The peace sign, designed in 1958 by British graphic designer Gerald Holcomb, was used in protesting nuclear armaments.  By the early 1960’s it was adopted and widely used by people around the world working and hoping for peace.

Our peace sign ornament is available in 2 woods.  Padouk a deep reddish orange or maple.
